Help me to monetize my traffic, I reward.

Hello guys,
wondering if you can help me to choose a way to monetize my traffic-
.

I have some unallocated traffic coming from a free hosting network that I redirect where I want.

Currently Im working with propellerads and their "direct ads" (url redirect), these are stats example from two days ago:

Date: 2017-03-14
Impressions: 172,147
CPM: 0.0173
Revenue: $2.98

As you can see, CPM is really low...

How would you monetize this traffic to get the max revenue? ad network? ad type? method?

I will give some cash to the one offering the best solution.
