mobile traffic

so , just to ask, as most of us use hitleap as a principal traffic exchanger , we have to know that hitleap always give statistics like this

so i want to know if there's a way to have more traffic from mobile just not to be suspecious, any other traffic exchanger that can provide this, or are there any method??
